1. About these terms

These terms apply to all bookings made with OhSoTogether ("we", "us", "our"), a trading name of Stacey Howe Limited TO CONFIRM exact registered name, company number TO CONFIRM , registered office TO CONFIRM . By booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and payment

A deposit of £1,000 per couple secures your place. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. Bookings and payments are processed through WeTravel. If the balance is not paid by the due date we may treat the booking as cancelled and the deposit will be retained.

3. What the price includes

The retreat price covers everything listed under "What's included" on the retreat page at the time of booking. It does not include international flights, travel insurance, treatments, drinks outside those listed as included, or personal spending.

4. Flights

Flights are not part of your booking with us. Where we arrange a group fare through a travel partner, your flight booking and payment are made directly with that partner under their own terms and financial protection, not ours.

5. Cancellations and transfers

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future OhSoTogether retreat within 12 months of the original booking, subject to availability. Balances paid and then cancelled within 60 days of departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation for this reason.

6. Minimum numbers

Each retreat runs with a minimum of three couples. If we have not reached that number by the date shown on the retreat page, we will tell you and either refund your deposit in full or offer you a place on the next date. We will not be liable for any other costs, including flights booked before we confirm the retreat is going ahead.

7. Travel insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment, repatriation and the activities on the retreat (including game drives, walking safaris, fishing and hiking) is compulsory. Proof of cover must be provided before the balance is due.

8. Health and participation

You confirm that you are fit to take part in the retreat activities you choose. All activities are optional. Please tell us about any health condition or mobility requirement before booking so we can advise honestly on what will and will not work.

9. Passports, visas and entry

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and meeting the entry requirements of the destination country. Check gov.uk before booking flights.

10. Your money

TO CONFIRM: statement of how customer payments are protected under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Do not publish without this.

11. Our liability

We take reasonable care in selecting venues, activity providers and suppliers, but we are not liable for matters outside our reasonable control, including weather, third-party suppliers, flight delays or acts of nature. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Behaviour

Our retreats are small and shared. We reserve the right to end the retreat for any guest whose behaviour puts other guests, staff or the group experience at risk, without refund.

13. Photography

We may take photographs and video during the retreat for our own marketing. Tell us at booking if you would rather not appear in them and we will respect that.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version live on this page at the time of your booking applies to you.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
